I've been to many hotels in my life but never have I felt as if I am the ONLY guest in the hotel!!! The staff was outstanding!! It started by the fact that they allowed an early check-in at 7 am. Then the hotel receptionist took me for a toor of the hotel and my room. In the room she explained that I have a 100 bht gift of mini bar services and also some foot cream which grants me a free massage in the spa. Once she left the bell boy came with my bags. He then proceeded with valuable info about the hotel, the area and suggested tours! He told me the pool and sauna only open at 8 but if I want to he'd open them right now.Guys, I could go on and on... This is an amazing hotel!!!!!!!
Compared to western breakfast, I thought it was a bit too modest, especially in dairy products.

Wow. This brand new design hotel has been our safe haven for 4 wonderful days and we were sad to leave. The staff is extremely eager to please and very attentive, the hotel itself is downright gorgeous (using daylight and artificial lighting to the fullest extent) and the rooms are a joy to stay in. The pool looks very stylish, you can order free dvd's for your hotel room and your room is actually cleaned twice a day. We will definitely be coming back here...
Be prepared to spend some time getting to know all the light switches in your hotel room! Labeling them wouldn't be a bad idea :-)

I loved the location and enthusiasm of the staff at LIT. Free wifi.
Amenities were very basic. Breakfast very simple n quite the same day after day. Road to walk back is a little dark at night.

Extremely well interiored and spacious rooms, highly courteous staff and lovely facilities. Its a beautiful new property situated just 5/7 minutes walking distance from some famous malls like, mbk, Siam Paragon etc.
Since we are vegetarians, there is not much in their menu for vegetarians, however, they did take the trouble of cooking something for us.

The hotel staff was exceptional, staying at this hotel really made me feel like home in this chaotic urban environment. They clean the rooms twice a day. The design of the rooms is something incredible, the bathroom and the view are stunning. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the home cinema system worked perfect.

Ideal for a nice vacation
The staff were genuinely helpful, they even remembered my name and greeted me every morning like I was family! The breakfast spread was simple yet satisfying you could pick what you liked and it was fresh cooked to order.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it still felt worth it in the end.

Short list of breakfast and not enough toilet paper and shower gel :-)

It was a perfect place, had very courteous stuff specially the duty manager. The location of the hotel was good - just a short walk away from Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. It was set walking distance to a stadium and restaurants.

The room had an amazing kitchen area where we could prepare simple meals for the kids, and the living room was perfect. Being close to MBK and BTS made exploring easy, especially with my cousin tagging along!
In my wife's opinion, the hotel needs more kid-friendly snacks in the lobby for late-night cravings.

Actually I liked everything. The rooms were a bit odd at first but soon got used to them. My room had a large wall mirror which enabled people at the pool to see me sometimes. Embarrassing. The quality of the service was superb. I know Thailand is famous for its smiles but even in Thailand I think it would be hard to find more agreeable hotel staff. Everything was done to make you feel at home. You never felt you were bothering people by asking them to do something. The restaurant also was had extremely fine Thai cooking and I live in France which is meant to be unbeatable but the Thai food served to me there was even better. The staff at reception, the porters, the maids and waiters all deserve special praise. I only got one name Rikki at reception who offered me champagne the second day. Special praise here.

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Bangkok
Despite a rocky start with room issues, I enjoyed the spacious area and modern amenities. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, especially the fresh juices. Explore the local street food nearby. It's a must! Just be prepared for potential room allocation hiccups.

Very central location, relatively close to Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. Walking distance to commercial centres and a market across the street.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable.
